Banner Elk Elementary Honors Graduating 5th Graders

​To honor the graduating 5th-grade students, Banner Elk Elementary is showcasing them at the Corner on Main Park for all of the town to see. This 5th-grade class, though small in numbers, has had a large and lasting impact on the school. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, they have missed their 5th grade trip to the coast, their last field day, the faculty/5th grade dodgeball game and class promotion. By sharing the students with the town, we want to lift them up, celebrate them, and acknowledge how much we will miss them as they move into their middle school years.
