Call for July-December 2021 After Hours Hosts

BUSINESS AFTER HOURS RETURN FOR 2021!

Banner Elk Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours is a networking event designed to promote your business and build connections with other area business leaders. The sponsoring business hosts the event by opening its doors for Chamber members and offering a behind-the-scenes look at its operation.

As a sponsor of Business After Hours, it is the host’s responsibility to offer appetizers and refreshments as well as one or more door prizes. Hosts plan on refreshments and beverages for approximately 50 people. 2021 After Hours take place the second Wednesday night of the month, July through December, from 6:00 PM until 7:30 PM. 

In June the Banner Elk Chamber will join other area chambers at a Mega After Hours Event at the Lodges at Eagles Nest.

Sponsoring a Business After Hours is an excellent way to showcase your facilities and services to chamber members and prospective members and sends a clear message that you are invested in the community.

BENEFITS OF SPONSORING A BUSINESS AFTER HOURS INCLUDE:

• Your event included in all marketing materials and at all Chamber events leading up to your event.
• Featured on the Banner Elk Chamber online calendar.
• Publicized via the weekly electronic newsletter.
• Targeted e-blast to Chamber members & the community.
• The event is posted on the Banner Elk Chamber's website and Facebook page.
• Attendees get to see your facility and become familiar with where you are located. This is a fantastic opportunity for new businesses to get exposure in the community or for newly remodeled or expanded businesses to unveil updates.
• A company representative can briefly speak to attendees and introduce key staff members and/or highlight your products or services.
• Company promotional materials can be made available for guests.

THE BANNER ELK CHAMBER OF COMMERCE STAFF WILL:

• Invite all Chamber members via the e-newsletter and e-blasts.
• The Chamber Board will attend and assist with greeting, door prize drawings, etc.
• Take photos and post on all chamber social media sites.
